What is SkilSearch?

SkilSearch is an online compliance training platform that offers live webinars, recorded sessions, and membership plans for professionals across HR, Payroll, Healthcare, BFSI, Affordable Housing, and more industries.

What is the difference between Live and Recorded webinars?

Live webinars are conducted in real-time where you can interact with the speaker. Recorded webinars are pre-recorded sessions you can access anytime, anywhere at your convenience.

Do I get continuing education credits (CEUs)?

Yes! Most of our webinars offer CEU credits from HRCI, SHRM, CPE, PayrollOrg, and IRS. Credits are mentioned on each webinar listing page.

How do I access my purchased webinar?

After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with access details. You can also log into your account at My Account to view all your purchased webinars.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day refund policy for recorded webinars if you are not satisfied. For live webinars, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the event. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.

Can I get a certificate after completing a webinar?

Yes! After attending a live webinar or completing a recorded session, you will receive a Certificate of Participation. You can also verify certificates at our Verify Certificate page.

How do I become a speaker at SkilSearch?

We are always looking for industry experts to join our faculty. Visit our Become a Speaker page and fill in the application form. Our team will review your profile and get back to you.

What is the Membership Plan?

Our membership plans (Half Yearly at $799, Yearly at $999, 10 Webinar Pack at $699) give you unlimited access to live and recorded webinars, course materials, CEUs, and a certificate of participation — all at one price.
