What is SkilSearch?
SkilSearch is an online compliance training platform offering live and on-demand webinars for HR, Payroll, Healthcare, BFSI and Affordable Housing professionals. We are an approved provider for SHRM, HRCI, CPE and PayrollOrg credits.
Are SkilSearch webinars approved for SHRM and HRCI credits?
Yes. SkilSearch is an approved recertification provider for both SHRM PDCs and HRCI credits. Credit hours are listed on each webinar page. A Certificate of Participation is issued immediately after completion.
What is the difference between Live and On-Demand webinars?
Live webinars are conducted in real-time where you attend at the scheduled date and time and can ask the speaker questions directly. On-demand webinars are pre-recorded and accessible anytime, unlimited times, with no expiry.
How much do webinars cost?
Live webinars are $0 with registration. On-Demand access is $199, Transcript only is $200, On-Demand + Transcript is $290, and On-Demand + Download is $299. Webinar Packages are also available.
Will I receive a certificate after completing a webinar?
Yes. A Certificate of Participation documenting your CEU credits is emailed to your registered address within 24 hours of completing any SkilSearch webinar.
Can I get a refund if I miss the live session?
If you registered for the live session, you can purchase On-Demand access after the live event. For refund requests, please contact help@skilsearch.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
How do I join a live webinar?
After registration, you will receive a confirmation email with the webinar joining link, date, time, and instructions. You can also access your webinars from your My Account dashboard.
Can multiple team members attend the same webinar?
Each registration is for one individual. For group registrations of 5 or more people, email help@skilsearch.com for group pricing options.
